Galway Shopping Centre €10,000 Gameshow Finale -Winners Announced
It was all to play for at Galway Shopping Centre last Saturday, when twelve shoppers took part in the ‘Play Your Cards Right’ game show finale to win the top prize of Galway Shopping Centre gift cards worth €5,000. After much excitement three lucky contestants won Galway Shopping Centre gift cards to the value of €9,000! For the duration of the competition there were also weekly winners of gift cards worth €200 for the shopping centre.
A large crowd gathered as the twelve contestants battled it out to claim the top prize; however there could be only one winner. Jonathan Wall (Headford Rd), Eamon Flatherty (Shantalla) and Monica O Donnell (Loughrea) powered into the semi final with the chance to win the top prize of Galway Shopping Centre gift cards worth €5,000.
Although the excitement and nerves were all too obvious for the contestants on the day, Jonathan Wall showed nerves of steal by beating off the challenge of Eamon Flatherty in the final to take home the wonderful top prize of €5,000 of Galway Shopping Centre gift cards. For the two runners up prizes, Eamon Flatherty received €2,500 and Monica O Donnell received €1,500 in shopping vouchers respectively.
